Arthur currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Shawbrook Bank, scaling product, design, data and engineering at the leading UK small business lender. Arthur has over 15 years of product and technology leadership experience across high-growth tech startups, global banks, and top-tier consultancies. Previously he led the digital team at private equity firm Advent International, founded an EdTech startup, and drove product-led growth from seed to scaled fintechs including Curve and 11:FS. He serves as a Product advisor and mentor to startups and the product community, as well as guest lecture on Product & Innovation at King's College London.
