Order & chaos: A pragmatic approach to product management
The role of a product manager is heavily contextual & subjective, unlike other roles that have a largely well-defined scope and clear responsibilities.
For all of us looking to grow as Product Managers, there's a ton of content available for consumption with little to no guidance on how to tweak it according to each PM's domain, level of experience, and areas of interest. Most of it is either white noise, or aims for a mythical idealistic state.
Through this talk, Rahul aims to provide pragmatic, domain-agnostic insights, tools & mental frameworks that PMs can use as a perspective/lens when looking at the problems they're trying to solve.
By the end of the talk he aims to equip the audience with concrete steps they can adopt/execute to their day-to-day workings, so that they can finally rid themselves of the dreaded 'Impostor Syndrome' and find deep meaning in solving genuine user problems.
