Using a recent redesign for The New Yorker's homepage as a case study, we can see how effective it is to combine business strategy and solving for user needs in building alignment and producing great work. Sara will dive into how a strategy that cultivates onsite engagement makes sense for subscription brands today, and how to think about content programming, packaging, and presentation to best serve our users.
