Megan is a Senior Director of Product Management at Priceline, the online travel agency and part of Fortune 500 Booking Holdings. She's happiest building, growing, and motivating teams to unlock their true potential. Megan is a firm believer that the culture you create determines your strategy's success, and is intrinsically driven to make a difference for her company, her colleagues, her family, and her community. Regarded as a change agent, she is known for bridging gaps between cross-functional teams, and uniting dissenting groups around a common vision. Aside from her day job as a senior Product leader, Megan has been instrumental in shaping Priceline's volunteer and Women Impacting Priceline ERG programs. She has a dual B.S in Management and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and in her spare time loves to travel, hike, bake and read. She is a mom of 2 and has a goal of visiting all the National Parks in the US in her lifetime. Her favorite city to visit (and say!) is Ljubljana.
