An accomplished leader in the healthcare sector, Matthew Taylor has worked in various roles across provider groups, payor organizations, and software vendors. He has successfully launched products, increased revenue, enhanced margin performance, and delivered multiple projects with national impact. He is skilled at motivating teams to join him in thinking and acting beyond existing limits, leading cross functional groups to make a difference in healthcare through innovating with Analytics, IT, and Strategy. Matthew had always dreamed of becoming a doctor, but his reality changed when he took a course in Chemistry and got certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (Basic) in college. He realized that science – chemistry in particular – was not his passion, and he still wanted to make a difference in healthcare. This led him to explore and pursue new opportunities and collaborations with clinicians to enhance their patient outcomes. Matthew is a positive and curious person who motivates and inspires others with his practical and honest approach. In addition to his professional commitments, he also cares deeply about giving back to the community. He has been a board member for various organizations, and he is currently an active member of the Elder Board for Browncroft Community Church.
